We LOVE a glass rim garnish. That salty-slightly-sweet tang is so moreish. We wanted to make our own with a distinctive flavour profile tat would go with a range of cocktails and soft drinks. We’ve never tried a product that tastes like this. Sweet, sour, salty, fragrant. Red hibiscus flowers give it a berry depth, sumac gives it sourness, and rose petals make it beautifully floral without being too much.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, dried hibiscus flowers, dried rose petals, salt, sumac and citric acid.

No fillers, bulking or anti-caking agents.
