Established in Suffolk, in late 2022 by mother and daughter duo, Jan and Kate, we create memorable flavour combinations, making dishes and drinks go from mundane to magnificently moreish.

A pair of foodies for life, we know what tastes good. We set out to create flavours that are so delicious, you won’t be able to cook without them in your kitchen. We spent ages developing each blend. Tasting, testing, trying new combos until we hit on the perfect balance for each of our products.

Mum (Jan) produces every single product still, by hand, at home here in Suffolk. Making our blends in small batches gives us a focus on quality. Daughter Kate (it’s me, hi) designs all of the branding, the website, runs socials etc and is the creative arm of Pinches, as well as being a keen home cook (find my recipes and product inspo on our Recipes page). Our friend and now Pinches partner, John is in charge of both the big-picture stuff plus minute details. He likes a spreadsheet, which is good because Mum and I do not.

Our range is a luxuriously lazy way to elevate food and drinks effortlessly and is accessible to anyone whether home cooks, or for use in professional hospitality settings.
